If you don’t enjoy a bottle you ordered, simply get in touch with our Jersey store together with your proof of purchase and our friendly, expert store colleagues will be more than happy to replace the wine with something else we think you’ll love or refund the full amount to you by using the same payment method which you used when you bought them from us, (except where you do not have adequate proof of purchase).

 

Unfortunately we are unable to refund products purchased from a UK store or via our website majestic.co.uk.

 

Where adequate proof of purchase is not provided by you at the point of return, we may instead choose to refund the value of the returned items by providing you with a Majestic gift card or vouchers for the equivalent value of the returned item.

Our No Quibble Guarantee is discretionary and we reserve the right not to refund or replace items that were damaged by you or where we believe the return is not genuine.
